Joe started working for a family owned brokerage, Home Builders Marketing Inc., in El Cajon in 2004. Joe managed an 8 person sales team in El Cajon, Riverside, San Ramon, and Imperial Beach until 2008. His team sold thousands of properties all over the state for a local San Diego builder, Pacifica Inc.
During the market crash (2008-2011) Joe became an expert on Bank Owned Properties (REO) and Short Sales with Weichert Realtors in Mission Valley. He moved to Keller Williams Realty International in 2011 and partnered up with Top Producer Jefi Moultrie at the La Mesa office off of Avocado Blvd. They have a dynamic team together where excellent customer service is their #1 goal.
Keller Williams Realty is the highest selling brokerage (325 Realtors) in all of East County and Joe continues to be a Top Producer among them each and every year!
A Little About Joe
Originally from the east coast, Joe has lived in San Diego for the past 30 years. He volunteers at community events, participates in the annual 5k Walk for Autism, and is an active member in the Big Brother Big Sister Program of San Diego. His little brother is awesome!
